[governance] Draft Project Plan for Website Restoration/ Was IGC Website (Way Forward)

Dear All.

I have enclosed a Draft Project Plan to kickstart the process and be good
for you all to see if the dates are doable. This is starting today and
getting it ready by end of August with the view of observing for migration
issues in September, 2019. For details, see Excel spreadsheet that is
attached.
