[governance] Remote Participation

Can I second the importance of the 2008 proposal Jeremy has shared below.
The lack of a good IGF web presence and structure to the information is a
very significant barrier to wider engagement.

(Would either putting some time into RP or the proposal Jeremy outlined be
something that could form an application for an ISOC Community Grant
http://www.internetsociety.org/what-we-do/grants-and-awards/grants/community-grants,
or some other grant funding application?)
