Can I second the importance of the 2008 proposal Jeremy has shared below. The lack of a good IGF web presence and structure to the information is a very significant barrier to wider engagement. <div><br></div><div>(Would either putting some time into RP or the proposal Jeremy outlined be something that could form an application for an ISOC Community Grant <a href="http://www.internetsociety.org/what-we-do/grants-and-awards/grants/community-grants">http://www.internetsociety.org/what-we-do/grants-and-awards/grants/community-grants</a>, or some other grant funding application?)</div>
