I recall the proposal of Viviane Reding in 2009, when she was 
commissioner for Information Society and Media at the European Commission:

Now she is vice-president and commissioner responsible for Justice, 
Fundamental rights and Citizenship.

Parminder, please, do you envision things in a similar way?
