[Governance] Our IGCAUCUS domain name is expiring

Hi James,

Yes, I'm the registrant now (the domain was originally registered
by Avri Doria, but she wanted to get rid of it and somehow I agreed
to pick it up).

But, are you saying you'd want to take it over or pay for it if
I continue as the registrant?

Anyway, as others have observed the amount of money involved
isn't huge, I could pay it myself easily enough (even Finnish VAT,
I like what I get with my tax money in Finland).

But it is good to have this discussion about igcaucus funding and
indeed about igcaucus future in general.
