[Governance] Our IGCAUCUS domain name is expiring

Dear All,
I don't see myself being very useful, but I would at least like to lend my
support, although I can't decide whether that decision is sentimental or
practical. I would have been willing to chip in, but it looks as if the
financial issue is already solved?
The IGC has been very useful both for the width of its global spread and
for the breadth of opinion expressed by its members. Even if you don't
agree it is very valuable to be aware of how other people are thinking.
Currently there seems to be a universal slump in such organisations - time
is mostly no longer given it has to be paid for (so a special thank you to
the few who continue to give). I continue to be optimistic that this is
only a temporary phenomenon???

and Suresh for their generosity.
