[Governance] Alliance for the Future of the Internet

Apparently it’s just one guy in the White House, and it conflicts with the techno-democracy thing State is doing. Not an “alliance” in the sense of multiple parties acting in concert, but maybe more like the “coalition of the willing.” Sounds like it’s very unlikely to become anything real, but who knows.
