Dear Arsene,
Dear All,
1. I will *abstain* from volunteering but will offer these comments;
2. Preference is given to new speakers and new voices;
3. If you are able to able to "harness" and coordinate "civil society"
output from within the various "NRIs" and even from within this list and
look to collaborate beyond CS look for diversity of voices and input;
4. If you can gather from best practices and condense these rather than
having people repeat things at IGFs like..."Oh we have that in our
jurisdiction too..." but to showcase that there is on the ground real time
collaboration, sharing of best practices where these have already been
hashed out so you are only highlighting your *"storyboards" or "frame"*;
5. show gender inclusivity;
6. show linkages to development (tonnes of literature on this) and make
the connection to SDGs
7. show innovation, succession (youth inclusion and capacity
development), gender inclusion and how it affects everyone in a succinct
manner
8. What is equally important is to not to have an overly heavy panel
that you lose the flow of possible interaction and fluidity of live
interaction with people in the room and those remotely participating.
