Hi Arsene

I would like to add my name to the list. I have written two papers about
cyber security:
http://giswatch.org/en/communications-surveillance/cyber-security-civil-society-and-vulnerability-age-communications-sur
http://www.apc.org/en/node/17320b

I have also presented on cybersecurity to the parliament of Kosovo, at the
2013 IGF, and at the University of Copenhagen.

My framework is to focus on securitisation - that is how issues become
security issues (or how internet governance issues become "cybered"), and
what the conseqences are for the governance of those issues and the
different stakeholders involved.

Keep us posted.

Kind regards,
Alex
