[governance] IGC workshop proposal for the IGF2017: Speakers needed!

Dear Dr. Andrey,

Thank you very much for your interest in joining us as a speaker. I
have received a number of interests from wonderful members of this
community, who will be bringing great insights raging from technical,
legal, law enforcement backgrounds. This (roundtable) session looks
exciting already!

Your name is added to the list of prospect speakers. I should be
reaching out to you in a private email to let you know about next
steps.

To all, if you are still interested, please do email me privately.
Once we are done with this process, I will be reaching out to all
speakers to inquire their support in improving the proposal, which is
almost ready thanks to wonderful people working behind the scene. We
need to have a strong proposal to be selected by the IGF.
