Dear Salanieta,
Thank you very much for sharing these advices. They will surely help
us better tailor our workshop proposal. I have received expression of
interest from only male so far, no female wants to be a speaker. I am
open if anyone wants to join as subject matter expert.
Our prospect workshop will be a roundtable, not a panel to allow
everyone to discuss and share their insights and expertise. Those we
call "speakers" here are actually to be considered "subject matter
experts" who will be quicking the debate with their initial remarks
and open to the rest of participants. This means that we don't need
everyone as speaker but if you plan to be in the room, you will be
given equal opportunity to participate.
We are working on including relationship with SDGs and show
development. We have a wonderful team behind this proposal development
and I would like to thank them. They are working form the background.
If anything else, we are open for comment. And should you wish to have
a look at the proposal before we submit it, please do not hesitate to
let me know. We will greatly appreciate to have your view as welll.
Regards,
Arsene
