[governance] Updates: IGC Workshop proposal (final)

Dear colleagues,

Some of us have been providing comments and inputs to our workshop proposal
and I would like to send my apreciation to all those who contributed.
Special shout out to *Sylvia Cadena* :)

I am now at the final stage, collecting final inputs, making sure we have
adressed all comments from Secretariat.

*Basically here is what i urgently need*: if you are listed with any
specific task (speaker role, moderator, rapporteur, etc), please review the
attached and let me know if you are happy with it and if you think we can
move forward and submmit our edited workshop proposal.

For listed speakers, if you have confirmed but i forgot to mention that,
please do come back to me.

FYI: I will be attending the upcoming IGF through a fellowship (i will post
more soon), so looking forward to meeting you all again.
