Soghoian*, Principal Technologist and a Senior Policy Analyst of the ACLU
represented the “pro” side. Professor *Orin Kerr* of GW Law and *Paul Clark*,
President and CTO of Secure Methods LLC argued the “con” side. The event
was webcast live y the Internet Society's North America Bureau. Video is
