It was basically a global meeting and not an Indian one - with about 25
international participants and maybe 10 Indian... just from the top of
my head..
The draft principles were adopted at the meeting, and have been further
fine tuned and elaborated since for the Brazil submission, which is at
http://content.netmundial.br/contribution/towards-a-just-and-equitable-internet-for-all/110
.
These principles are now begin finalised as a collective work in form of
what will be called as 'Delhi Declaration for an Equitable and Just
Internet', likely by 15th March.
