agreed, perhaps if we are going to split the list it should be along the
lines of "Governance of the Internet" and "Governance of things people do
on the Internet".
BTW, we had the AGM of the ISOC-DC Chapter this evening. A shining example
of civil society doing Internet Governance capacity building!
