Apologies for not being present on the list... this time of year
fundraising, regional IGFs, global IGFs, and everything else
work-related conspires to make life very difficult.

On a more positive note.. I am really pleased to point you to a special
edition of Global Information Society Watch which we have just released.
It is a follow up on the 2011 report which focused on freedom of expression.
