[governance] Philippine Cybercrime Prevention Act temporarily suspended

I got this news from a friend (Pedro Bernardo) who's a law professor at
Ateneo Law School in the Philippines:
"the Philippine Supreme Court issued a 120-day temporary restraining order
preventing the government from enforcing the Cybercrime Prevention Act;
this is, until the court hears oral arguments on the issue in mid-January
next year."
Looks like the discussion is anything but over.
