Could the ITU violate another UN Organizations Charter and Controls?
I bring this up because ITU is skating dangerously close to WIPO
controlled IP in their 'taking control of the Internet' process. There
appear to be a couple of patents which control this type of stuff they
are talking about implementing from a control perspective.
