Izumi, and IGC

Thank you for sharing, yes, this is what IGF has defined with MAG, the case
here is how much regional and national IGF are applying this, as we are not
sure that how many are well versed and trained in IG issues as noticed.

Some capacity building and technical support can strengthen the regional
and national IGF.

The use of NGLs of Diplo and ISOC in region and national IGF as they are
trained professionals, have excellent knowledge of IG issues and will prove
to be good assets.
