All in all, I would like to get rid of the impression that zu Guttenberg will be the *only* element of the "No Disconnect Strategy", which is not the case.

To avoid a "single point of failure" is always the best strategy.  Diversitx and decentraliozation is what the Internet gives its stability and "wisdom".
