The risk is always there, which is why a combination of advice and analysis
from other sources is always useful.  Again quite bluntly and as a personal
opinion only, I'm not sure that an advisor coming (for example) from the
"Internet freedom activists" crowd would be necessarily better at
identifying "dissidents" that would not turn up later to be "problematic".

All in all, I would like to get rid of the impression that zu Guttenberg
will be the *only* element of the "No Disconnect Strategy", which is not
the case.
