Wolfgang, are you sure that the problem of selecting and choosing
the "right dissidents" is even solvable? And if so, what kind of
person would be able to find the solution, or who would at least
have a decent chance to avoid the worst mistakes, if not someone
with the kind of background that Mr zu Guttenberg has?
