[governance] Additional points for tomorrow's CSTD consultation meeting

I think the role of the MAG needs to change and be reinforced. This is even
more important with Markus leaving and the possibility that DESA takes over
the process.


Regarding MAG I would add:

- Transparency on the elections

- More proactive role on producing the summary of the IGF (should not be the
responsibility of the chair alone), on identifying the main points
discussed. Map the points of divergence among stakeholders.

- If possible, help to identify points of consensus in IGF discussions
