[governance] IGC Workshop 56 urgent

Hi

It's staying in.  But along related lines, I see two of the three IGC-sponsored workshop proposals have speaker line-ups, and don't recall any discussion of these on the list after their initial formulation.  Did I miss something?  Just wondering…
