As you know, I did in fact respond to them off-list, prior to you posting this message, because I took exception to your suggestion that I was not approaching this exercise in good faith, but deciding what text to include or exclude based on my personal views.  You have since suggested that I post our off-list discussion back to the list, and I might well do that once I have written a response to your latest.
