[governance] Deadline Dec 17: EuroDIG agenda survey

Just a quick remind of the deadline to take part on the EuroDIG agenda
survey, available in:  http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/eurodig

It will take you no more than 10 min to reply this survey. The results will
be published in EuroDIG website and will be taken into account in the next
planning meeting.

The deadline is Friday, December 17th.
