 Both texts are appropriate for different purposes.
- Short text: one page handout in places where people gather.
- It could be published in the media as an executive summary followed by the
long text.
- For UN session: something based on the short text, but edited for verbal
and room athmosphere. Cut in short sentences, spoken slowly, with bits of
emotional enhancements.
