<div><br> Both texts are appropriate for different purposes.<br>- Short text: one page handout in places where people gather.<br>- It could be published in the media as an executive summary followed by the long text.<br>- For UN session: something based on the short text, but edited for verbal and room athmosphere. Cut in short sentences, spoken slowly, with bits of emotional enhancements.<br>
