>From what I understood, this decision was made behind closed doors with a
small number of governments. Is this the case that we contact
representatives from other countries, that have been excluded from the petit
comité to see a) what is their position on this b) if they dont agree, are
they willing to oppose it? c) how? verbally? political action?
