I think the JPA should be extended at this point in time.

The 'Vastness & Diversity' of the Internet should be preserved. At this point
in time, that is being accomplished by the JPA's bicameral relationship of
Government & Industry [note; Government by the People / i.e.: Democratic
Governments].

Therefore I support the conceptual ideals of the JPA.
