[governance] APC looking for a global ICT policy advocacy coordinator

Hello all

Apologies for using this list for a job posting  - especially after Bill
Drake's recent admonition :)

APC is looking for someone to coordinate global ICT policy networking
and advocacy. Initially this is a one-year contract to work on a
specific funded project, but there is a potential for it to be renewed
based on performance and availability of funds.
