The following deadlines were set:

25 September:
• Lists of panellists for the panel discussions.

30 September:
• Submission of final programme for all workshops, best practice forums, 
open forums and
Dynamic Coalition meetings.
• Submission of Dynamic Coalition activity reports.

The MAG also discussed how to approach the “formal consultations with 
Forum participants”
on the “desirability of the continuation of the Forum” as stipulated by 
Para 76 of the Tunis Agenda. It
was agreed to set aside one day during the next February consultations 
to gain a common
understanding on how best to conduct this process. It was concluded that 
it was the Secretary-
General’s prerogative to decide on how to hold these formal 
consultations, including whether or not to
request an outside evaluation.
