  Nicely articulated!

  I for one agree completely with your remarks and statements
below, Tapani.  I am more than relatively sure our INEGroup
members do as well, but I'll check to be sure.  It is unmistakably
sure that making what "Rights" are clear and concise as you rightly
stated, IMO.
