There already is a wiki available at http://wiki.igf-online.net/ - add  
a page for "Internet Governance Caucus" and go for it (the same  
applies to anyone else with IGF-related material).  I don't mind  
Google Docs though.  Also I'm happy with the current state of the  
input paper.
