Jeffrey,

As co-coordinators of the Internet Governance Caucus mailing list Parminder
and I have received a number of complaints about your postings on the list.
Further to the recent private warning we sent you, I am following up with a
public warning.

In accordance with the charter, please note this is a public warning to you
re your postings. If necessary, it will be followed by suspension for one
month. There will be no further warnings or notice of imminent suspension.

Please limit your postings to the list to no more than 4 per day. While we
will tolerate odd exceptions to this rule we will not tolerate the mailing
list content being dominated by any one person.

Please ensure your postings are relevant to the subject matter being
discussed.

Please do not repeat comments on the same subject.

Be conservative in what you send (in volume).

Thanks,

Ian Peter (on behalf of the co-coordinators))
