[governance] visas for india?

Thanks for raising the issue. Last year Brazil government had the provision
forthe gratis VISA. Indian government can take initiative and inform its
consulate offices worldwide. However, Bangladeshi don't need to pay VISA
fee, only 200 taka as service charge.

Hope the local organizations can help out raising the issue to the
government.
