[governance] Fwd: IGC Membership list

Hello Parminder,

Though I have subscribed to this list four days ago, I wish to be
included in this list.  If I am not immediately included, will I get
to be included AUTOMATICALLY when it becomes 60 days from the date of
my sign up?
