18 members voted for the charter but, just a few weeks later, did not vote
in the co-coordinator election... Did they lose their membership because of
that? Are they non-members now?? 

These include Ian Peter (is he eligible to stand for coordinators election),
Willie, Carlos Afonso, Anriette, Ken Lohento and many more...

Isnt it better to have a clearer and more specific members list as per
charter criterion rather than look for these round about methods which are
clearly  not adequate. Any good reason not to do so?
