Waste of time. As others have pointed out there will be no action there and
whatever is argued, other more powerful forces will continue to argue for US
sovereignty. And will win the day in US bureaucracy.

Better just get on with changing things. The emperor has no clothes if ICANN
reorganizes and restructures and moves on.
