[governance] Query: do we have a sense of how many were participating online?

1. I guess many in Rio were also participating online, from The Venue... and
we out here were interacting with them too, quite nice.

2. But do we have a sense of how many were participating online from
elsewhere?
Could be quite helpful, this or any related data.  Or guestimates.
