I'd like to nominate Professor Michael Geist from Canada. He's one of  
our nation's leading academic , and an international expert on  
Privacy, Internet Governance, Intellectual Property  and  
telecommunications Policy.

He will be in Rio, and thus - submit his name as a possible  
representative of Civil Society to speak at the opening from north  
america.
