we must be living in different just-for-fun worlds - can we for a
change do something without having to feel that the Americans MUST get
an important role????? Why couldn;t the three points be South America,
Africa and somewhere in South-East Asia?

And let's move on from the thinking that "they" started/ invented/
introduced/ the internet - that is history - the Romans pioneered
roadworks and piped water, but I don't see Rome demanding to be
included in all dicussions about roads and water regulation/ control
etc

just for fun ....
