But then it needs to be made clear, much clearer than was done for
Athens, that "development" isn't just something that needs to happen
in the so-called third world countries.  With respect to getting rid
of the various kinds of barriers which particularly hinder people
with disabilities from fully participating in the information society,
the industrial countries are very much in need of "development"!
