Dear everyone,
A happy new year to everyone; and thanks to the noncom for all the good
work.
I have the following suggestions on the selection criteria for the noncom to
consider.
> Nomcom will primarily select persons based on their knowledge and
> experience of issues faced by the caucus and their neutrality.
Can we replace 'neutrality' with 'fairness and discretion'. This
'neutrality' word makes me uncomfortable....
And similarly see if you will like to change
> The successful candidate should be a person with thoughtful and
> unbiased consideration
to
> The successful candidate should be a person, who in the role of judgment
on the behalf of the IGC, is with (thoughtful and)
> unbiased consideration
Regards
Parminder
