Hi Wolfgang, thanks for your support. As for what regards the ALAC, as 
you raise the issue again, it was a structure designed to follow up to 
an election which saw participation by 150'000 individuals, and it was 
made that way exactly because you can't put 150'000 individuals on a 
mailing list or interact with them directly in meaningful ways. So we 
came up with this sort of indirect representation model relying on both 
formal (NGO) and informal (mailing lists, online campaigns) 
organizations - which in fact might be revisited in the future, since 
the interest seems to have dropped in the meantime.

Of course things are very different if you need to formalize a working 
structure where not more than 20-30 people are active. I think that what 
we need to do with this caucus is just to organize it a bit more and 
implant a way to get out of deadlocks, while leaving the spirit and 
working methods mostly untouched.
