[governance] Flights with Tunis Air - reconfirmation required

Just heard from a colleague that Tunis Air requires reconfirmation,
they have apparently cancelled some seats that were not reconfirmed. 
I do not know for sure if this is correct, but there's an airline desk
in the Karm so worth checking with them.
