[governance] confirmation of caucus meeting on Thursday morning

Hi all, since there was no objection, the caucus meeting is now 
scheduled for Thursday, 17.11. at 10 am.
I have made a reservation for one of the civil society meeting rooms.
Hopefully, many of you will be able to attend.
My sense is the major topic will be the future "mision" and structure of 
the caucus. An agenda will be posted as soon as we have one. Suggestions 
welcome.
