[bestbits] Reminder to register for pre-IGF civil society meeting (very limited travel support)

I dont have funding for attending the IGF and will like to apply. I
registered through the link you gave but could not see any place to make
a funding application.

Meanwhile, would it also be possible to share the source of funding.
