Dear all,

The 29th session of the Human Rights Council opened yesterday, and APC
and Access have put together a brief on the internet rights issues that
will come up. It's a busy session with the presentation of the report of
the Special Rapporteur on freedom of expression on encryption and
anonymity, the appointment of the new SR on privacy, and more.
