Thanks Andrew for the reminder.

In question 1 I see a reference to MIL in education. I had to look up the
acronym. Turns out to stand for Media and Information Literacy. This is a
UNESCO initiative to promote user-generated content (UGC) globally.

As ISOC has noted in its IXP pogram, local content  is a key component in
developing healthy local network ecosystems. This UNESCO program is a
valuable contribution.
